Friendly and welcoming service I received a recall notice for my Accord and needed the battery to be replaced. Christian was very welcoming and fast. My appointment was in the afternoon, so the service center was very busy and there’s was a lot going on. Christian was very focused to get the service paperwork processed so I wasn’t waiting around. He called me when my car was ready and had someone pick it up in a short amount of time so I wasn’t awkwardly waiting around for my car. My overall experience was very pleasant. I usually am at service centers where I have to wait forever because things are out of place or there’s no one around to assist. Definitely will be back! More
