Great Service at Concord Honda My vehicle was due for its B1 Service and I also had an issue with the side mirrors not returning to the normal position after being tilted for revers My vehicle was due for its B1 Service and I also had an issue with the side mirrors not returning to the normal position after being tilted for reverse driving. Wasif was very attentive and heard the chattering noise when the mirrors were going up back into position. I appreciate the effort he took in making sure that the motors were replaced to fix the problem. This was a safety problem as a couple of times they stuck in the down position in a parking lot at night. While I could move them into place by hand I looked at this as a safety issue. Wasif listened to my concern, and made sure the mirrors were fixed. I have always had a great experience having my Honda serviced here. Happy Holidays to al More
