No spare, No mats, No deal After an excruciating 6 hour process, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I asked about information on the car, they said I had to pay $500 to get i After an excruciating 6 hour process, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I asked about information on the car, they said I had to pay $500 to get it inspected. I purchased the car anyway. As I was about to leave, the guy never disclosed that there was no spare key or mats that came with the car. When I got it detailed, the car still had crumbs, a spill on the back seat, dirty windows, etc. As I was driving off, the light turned on for low tire pressure. Turns out the tire has a small hole. Buying a car is already stressful enough, the little things that occurred as I drove off, left me with feeling unhappy in a new car. More

Stay away from this dealership if you want to be served. After having a great experience with Ali my salesperson on the day I purchased a vehicle everything went downhill from that point the non-responsiven After having a great experience with Ali my salesperson on the day I purchased a vehicle everything went downhill from that point the non-responsiveness of Stephanie the DMV clerk, after leaving her two voicemails and leaving messages with people who answer the phone then speaking to an irresponsible person from the management I think his name was Perwiz and then another one of the managers was supposed to call me back his name is Roy. I am in sales and my policy is everyone sales, from the person who answers the phone the sales person the clerk the managers in this dealership that’s not the policy and hope this is the last time I’m dealing with this dealership. I would really recommend a sales training from the management to the clarks. Ali would love to work with you again and hope it is in deferent dealership. More
