Bought a brand new accord touring and it makes a high pitch whistling noise when I drive. They can not duplicate the sound even though I have played them videos of it. They don’t care and are not proactive on finding a solution. Went to vacaville Honda and got superior treatment from their service Department. I will continue to bring my car in and miss work until they do something about it because it is not normal noise and makes my brand new car un-enjoyable. Any other service needs I will be taking to vacaville. And concords treatment honestly makes me never want to purchase from concord Honda. They basically just throw their hands up and sat there is nothing they can do unless they can duplicate the noise. More

I was working with 3 other dealerships that were a bit closer to my house.. all of them swore that I would not find a better deal than what they were offering. Then I came in contact with Chris Zacharakis. He was not only able to beat everyone's price but his customer service was outstanding! I really appreciated his patience, knowledge, sincerity, and willingness to get me the best deal possible. I would highly recommend you find him if you are in the market for a Honda. More

Bought a pre-owned car I think the online web page for checking out cars is the best. Walking on the lot and looking at cars is no pressure hang back and help you as needed. He let me see the cars I came in to look at. Answered all my questions. There was a power outage at the time. Yes inconvenience but uncontolable. Finance was as smooth as could be under the sircumstances. Will come back, and would recommend. I can't remember the gentalmens name from finaince. He's been there for a long time. Very helpful. Im greatful for his help. Sorry I'm so bad with names. I looked through my paper work and can't find any names. More

A bad visit, may not be back I am a very reasonable person, so I understand things that may be out of the dealership's control, such as the power outage that occurred 5 minutes be I am a very reasonable person, so I understand things that may be out of the dealership's control, such as the power outage that occurred 5 minutes before I showed up two days before my actual service that I ended up having to reschedule. I also understand that there may be service delays that may affect my service appointment times (similar to a doctor's office). My issue is that I showed up, third in line in the appointment lane, and was not acknowledged for a half hour. Unacceptable. I take no issue with the fact that my appointment was at 8:00 and my car was not taken until 8:35. It was that I was basically invisible until I was at the front of the line. After receiving my invoice, I noticed that there were things left off my invoice related to the service I came in for (a B16 for my Honda Pilot). I have no record of the "6" service listed on my invoice, so I have no idea if it was accidentally left off and/or if they even did it. I called the dealership to ask about it and the phone rang for 5 minutes before I got hung up on and had to call back. Eventually got to leave a message, but never received a call back (not surprised). I have a maintenance package I bought for the first 4 years of ownership (after purchasing the vehicle from this dealership), but may not return for service at this location. I take great pride in caring for my vehicle, but I need to be able to trust the service department in actually doing the scheduled work and also keeping immaculate records should I sell the vehicle down the road. The next owner deserves to have peace of mind that it was cared for exactly as it is supposed to be. More
UNUSUALLY SLOW SERVICE I have usually had good and timely service from Concord Honda. However, On December 31 I took my Ridgeline in for an oil change and tire rotation whi I have usually had good and timely service from Concord Honda. However, On December 31 I took my Ridgeline in for an oil change and tire rotation which took 3 1/2 hours to complete! I had an appointment and it appeared that many customers without appointments had come in for service that day and were accommodated the same as those with appointments. It also looked like the service department was understaffed that day. I waited with my vehicle for 30 minutes just to be greeted by a service representative to write up my order. I had no choice but to waste the entire afternoon for my minor service to be completed since the dealership has a policy not to offer shuttle service for people living more than 10 miles away (I live 12 miles away across the Benicia Bridge). My service rep did his best to keep me updated and apologize for the slow service but the situation seemed very difficult for him as well as the customers. I will go back to Concord Honda the next time I need service, but if I have a similar experience again I will search for another dealership. More
One of the few dealerships i approve of ! This place is one of the few dealerships i like, selling hondas in the bay area:)!! They were really friendly and gave me a good deal on my car. :) .
