Having heard about the situation, Chi, the manager reached out and wanted to make things right. I appreciated how transparent they all were and how easy that experience was. Mo was a great salesman that assisted our test drive. Although we weren’t sure about the car yet, he wasn’t pushy and allowed us to form our own opinions while driving the car. He met us with a smile from beginning to end and he was great. Ana Marie was amazing. Being in a dealership, it’s easy to feel like the salesmen interpret you as nothing but the background as a woman. She was the first person that acknowledged me as a person and didn’t see through me at all dealership. I was thankful for that. Similarly, Chi was great. He wanted to make this experience good and pulled some strings to make things affordable for me. We felt his presence throughout our visit and we felt welcomed during our stay. Finally, there was Marlon. He was quick and swift with his job. Watching him work was like watching a robot type in commands at the computer. He was so efficient and kind. I appreciated him too. Overall, my experience is mixed but they made our second visit an amazing one so I have nothing but compliments. I got a 25 Civic Hybrid Sport Touring at a comfortable total and monthly price. I would definitely come back in the future for other car purchases. This has been our home Honda dealership and will always be after this experience.
