The service advisor needs to be a little more professional when talking with customers. Initially, she booked my appointment at 3:30 pm. I had to postpone it to 4:30 pm later by calling their off professional when talking with customers. Initially, she booked my appointment at 3:30 pm. I had to postpone it to 4:30 pm later by calling their office in Concord. The next day when I showed up for servicing she insisted "I told you to come at 3:30 pm as I have to order parts before 4:00 pm". She was not in a position to listen to the customer's reason for postponing. More

We took our new Civic in because the tires pressure low indicator was on. The mechanic found a small nail in one of the tires. He took it out and the tire was ok.
