Dealer was lack of information about policy. I didn't get the best deal for my trade-in and not support for exchange a new car. The color I don't like it, I want to exchange and upgrade the car but the price the best deal for my trade-in and not support for exchange a new car. The color I don't like it, I want to exchange and upgrade the car but the price they support was super unfair with customer. I lost around 6,000 for 100miles. Also they said customers cannot change their mind after buying a car. If I want to exchange the car, I have to go back next day. However, the seller didn't tell me at first about this rule. Another dealership allows customers exchange new car within a week. Only here, Concord dealer not allow. When you buy, You are stuck even you like or now. Never getting back Honda Concord dealer , and inform friends and relatives never come there. More

Great service advisor. Met me at my car and got process going as soon as I drove in. I was updated on what the needed repairs were and work was done as promised. The five stars is for the service advisor but not the dealership itself. Two years ago our van needed new tire and I was reluctant to have Concord Honda provide the service. The reason: we had purchas dealership itself. Two years ago our van needed new tire and I was reluctant to have Concord Honda provide the service. The reason: we had purchased tires previously and were charged for rotations, etc. The service manager swore that the tires would have comparable maintenance provided by other Tire Shops, such as Big O. Yesterday I went to Concord Honda and the advisor found a nail in the tire. Concord Honda was going to charge me $42. Big O and other tire shops do not charge for such repairs. I informed the service advisor of the conversation that occurred two years ago. He did not charge for the tire repair. Concord Honda does not seem shy in charging high prices for minor maintenance. My daughter had her air and cabin filter replaced for a steep price of $150. The filters cost a total of about $50 so this left $100 for labor. The physical replacement of the filters combine takes approximately 10 minutes. Essentially, my daughter paid $600 an hour to replace two filters. I taught my daughter how to replace the filters so she would not be taken advantage of by Concord Honda. I did receive a phone call by Concord Honda on my complaint involving my daughter's treatment. I was informed that a service manager would be in touch but no contact was made. My car is under warranty so some repairs need to occur at the dealer but it seems a person needs to constantly be on their toes and watch for the unethical pricing, misleading statements, and price gouging. The service advisor handled the situation very well and receives 5 Stars; its the dealership management that' seems to be the problem. More
My service gal was better than the last service fella. It was wonderful and she even had the exterior of the car cleaned. It was $30or so less than the first visit and there was no cat wash.
