Felt pressured to make the purchase right on the spot without having our financing for the vehicle in place (we did want to purchase this particular vehicle, but not right at that moment). We were at the dealership way to long (over 3 hours) waiting for them to complete all of the paperwork. As we were about to drive off the dealer lot, we we told that the car needed gas, as it was nearly on empty (we believed that while we were waiting for over 3 hours, someone from the dealership should have put some fuel in the vehicle as a courtesy to us for purchasing the vehicle). Then after we had worked out the financing through our credit union CUDL program), we received a call from the dealership telling us that they our financing had now been sent to another financing company that was not our credit union. This will now force us to go back to the dealership and re-write our financing contract, which is a huge inconvenience, as this particular dealership is nearly 2 hours from our home. Overall, we like our new/used vehicle, but the actual purchasing experience was not good. More
