I was promise a delivery date, however my car arrived over a month late. We had bought three was two of them were on transit scheduled to arrived a week later. Fast forward a month and a few day we got a call that none of our cars had arrived but that they had one someone else had order but since we had been waiting longer they were going to give them to us. We cancel the last car since they couldn't give us an exact delivery date. More
My sales rep Moe was great! I have been working with him for about two months waiting for the right car for me and he kept me very well informed throughout the whole time. Felt pressured to make the purchase right on the spot without having our financing for the vehicle in place (we did want to purchase this particular vehicle, but not right at that moment). We were at the dealership way to long (over 3 hours) waiting for them to complete all of the paperwork. As we were about to drive off the dealer lot, we we told that the car needed gas, as it was nearly on empty (we believed that while we were waiting for over 3 hours, someone from the dealership should have put some fuel in the vehicle as a courtesy to us for purchasing the vehicle). Then after we had worked out the financing through our credit union CUDL program), we received a call from the dealership telling us that they our financing had now been sent to another financing company that was not our credit union. This will now force us to go back to the dealership and re-write our financing contract, which is a huge inconvenience, as this particular dealership is nearly 2 hours from our home. Overall, we like our new/used vehicle, but the actual purchasing experience was not good. More
