Honda Review My experiences in respect to buying cars are few as I have only purchased four from dealerships in my adult life. With that being said, I was in a bit of a spot as my nine-year-old Honda Civic needed unforeseen mechanical repair. I was referred to Concord Honda by my brother, and I am honored to write this review after my experience. Concord Honda is a first class experience. I’ve met fine customer service representatives/salespeople in various industries, but the genuine care and professionalism that I experienced was one of a kind. I was helped and sat with four different people from being greeted as I walked through the door to the finance department who wrote up the purchase, and every one of them were outstanding. I was taken on a test drive, shown different cars till I found one that was just right for me. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured to make an unwise decision. I was granted time to ponder my options while being informed. There was transparency while being mindful of my needs and opinions. I would indeed refer others to stop in at Concord Honda. In fact, I will continue to purchase vehicles there. Concord Honda has definitely made a lasting positive impression on how business should be conducted with a personal interest in who the clients are. More
