Do not use this place. I took my car in because I felt something was off. I wanted them to check it and let me know what they thought it might be. They said they could only I took my car in because I felt something was off. I wanted them to check it and let me know what they thought it might be. They said they could only do so much based on the info I had provided.They could do a diagnostic check and they could drive it to get maybe get some information. After that they provided me with a provided me with a list of preventive maintenance services totaling 3000.00. They did not give me any idea what might be wrong with my car or how they could fix it. I suggested it might be the transmission. They did change the fluid for close to 500.00 and they did do a diagnostic for 190.00 but not on a computer. When I asked to speak to a manager they said I could email him but not talk to him. They did provide his email address. And when I tried to pay with a check I was told they do not accept personal checks any longer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are dishonest and unprofessional. More
Went in for an oil change, they said rotate tires too. They destroyed my car! Suspension & struts completely broken, cruise control not working, engine was bogging out, you get whiplash when braking. El Cerrito Honda already fixed the engine and brakes which now squeak and were ground down due to their adjustments, My back end slides out when cornering or going over the slightest imperfection on the road. Started a claim with Honda Corporate/ they suck! Also a claim with the BAR. Paint out of pocket for a real car while El Cerrito Honda is working on the car. A service tech from Concord Honda told me they run contract mechanics. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO CONCORD HONDA! Joy N. & Vic V. More
