Tommy was great. Set and met every expectation. I did not like the fact that the key tag said two keys were available but the consistently ignored my requests for Set and met every expectation. About the finance office: I didn't give them permission to solicit multiple banks for financing. I told them i can get my own financing through Patelco. I Received multiple denial letters from banks and it better not affect my credit rating. They also insisted they would handle Patelco for me and I didn't have to worry my pretty little head. I believe they Received a broker fee from Patelco.. I am a smart educated women and can fully capable of handling my own banking and financing. More

Chi, Ana Marie, Mo and Marlon were awesome at the Concord Honda. We have purchased 3 different cars from Honda prior and unfortunately we had a bad experience in our last visit. Having heard about the situation, Chi, the manager reached out and wanted to make things right. I appreciated how transparent they all were and how easy that experience was. Mo was a great salesman that assisted our test drive. Although we weren’t sure about the car yet, he wasn’t pushy and allowed us to form our own opinions while driving the car. He met us with a smile from beginning to end and he was great. Ana Marie was amazing. Being in a dealership, it’s easy to feel like the salesmen interpret you as nothing but the background as a woman. She was the first person that acknowledged me as a person and didn’t see through me at all dealership. I was thankful for that. Similarly, Chi was great. He wanted to make this experience good and pulled some strings to make things affordable for me. We felt his presence throughout our visit and we felt welcomed during our stay. Finally, there was Marlon. He was quick and swift with his job. Watching him work was like watching a robot type in commands at the computer. He was so efficient and kind. I appreciated him too. Overall, my experience is mixed but they made our second visit an amazing one so I have nothing but compliments. I got a 25 Civic Hybrid Sport Touring at a comfortable total and monthly price. I would definitely come back in the future for other car purchases. This has been our home Honda dealership and will always be after this experience.
