Upon arriving on Thursday (7.27), we were greeted by Ali Maloky-- the designated salesman. TL;DR: - We were never invited inside while my family waited in the sun. - Ali quickly left after every question, forcing us to constantly ask for him to return. - When he did return for a question, he seemed bothered to have to communicate. - Ali tried to get us to sign the paperwork reviewing the condition of the car before we got a chance to inspect it-- as we asked to do. - Ali made a condescending comment when we tried to discuss some of the services to be done for the car (as it has smudges and scratches that could potentially be -- and were-- buffed out). Quote: "Clearly this is your first time buying a car." - Claimed the dealership could do NOTHING for the car-- which he quickly contradicted by servicing some marks, discoloration, and scratches. - We asked for an alternative salesman and were forced to continue working with him. Overall, the entire time it felt like he didn't want to deal with us and was very unwelcoming. I would not come here again to purchase a car, nor would I recommend it if you are in the market. More

I bought my 2017 Civic Hatchback at Concord Honda. The paint began peeling last April so I brought it to their service department. She told me that Honda Corporate would need to decide if it was covered. Two weeks later she told me that she had to talk to her manager about when to bring my car in for the service. He was in a meeting and she would catch him after and call me back that afternoon. I never heard from her or anyone from Concord Honda service again, despite leaving many voicemails, emails, and chatting with their online chat person a couple of times, who assured me it would be taken care of.
