Our sales person was great up to the point of the presentation of the written sales confirmation sheet. I was shocked at all of the extra charges listed. When I asked if my partner was aware of all o presentation of the written sales confirmation sheet. I was shocked at all of the extra charges listed. When I asked if my partner was aware of all of the additional charges (extended warranty, additional alarm, etc) and did he AGREE to them, there was silence. I asked twice. There was no answer to my questions. Then the hard sell started. I was unable to reach my partner by phone to get clarification and approval of all the additional expenses, and that is when the sales manager was asked to talk to me. There was a lot of pressure to sign that sales agreement right away and move the closing process along. He was obviously annoyed when I asked for clarification and details on each of the additional items, and that I wanted to READ what I was agreeing to. The manager (closer) was fidgety and looked nervous as the pressure was increasing. I was very uncomfortable, so I just said no to all of the add-ons. We love the car, but the purchasing experience was not pleasant. More
