I bought my 2017 Civic Hatchback at Concord Honda. The paint began peeling last April so I brought it to their service department. I was told by the service advisor, Jourdan Gregory, that I needed to get an estimate from their body shop. I did, the estimate was $3,750. She told me that Honda Corporate would need to decide if it was covered. Two weeks later she told me that she had to talk to her manager about when to bring my car in for the service. He was in a meeting and she would catch him after and call me back that afternoon. I never heard from her or anyone from Concord Honda service again, despite leaving many voicemails, emails, and chatting with their online chat person a couple of times, who assured me it would be taken care of.
