I took in my CR-V for schedule service with Jason. While I was waiting I decided to look for a used car for my wife as she has been preparing to enter the work-force. I told him that I was looking for a small FIT model that you had in stock. He was very courteous and let me know he would help me out. He took me to where the FIT was. While we were walking towards the car, Anjan asked me what was the reason of my visit. I let him know that I was servicing my 2021 CR-V. he asked me if I was interesting on selling the car of exchanged for a new one and perhaps he could lower the payments for the new CR-V. I said if you are able to lower my monthly payments I will go ahead and will move forward with getting a new 2024 CR-V with the same features as the one I owned. He then was able to find one with a couple of ladies and moved forward with the application. We when back and forth trying to get what I wanted,(To pay less). Finally, a good offer was made for my situation and Anjan was able to help me with lowering my monthly expense. I am a happy customer because of the professional service I was provided by Anjan and the ladies in the financial department. I am truly enjoying my new 2024 CR-V and will recommend Anjan to my friends and family for their next auto purchase. My wife is still looking for a good used, new to her auto and I am sure Anjan and his team will be able to find the one that will fit her budget. I am glad I visited you and got my new 2024 CR-V from Anjan. He is a very good listener, caring, and professional. Additionally, I believe Anjans friendly demeanor and courteous attitude will make him to be very successful if he is not already. To clarify: I bought the car, but that was because of the car itself and sheer necessity, NOT due to the salesmanship of the dealer, or the quality of the experience. Upon arriving on Thursday (7.27), we were greeted by Ali Maloky-- the designated salesman. TL;DR: - We were never invited inside while my family waited in the sun. - Ali quickly left after every question, forcing us to constantly ask for him to return. - When he did return for a question, he seemed bothered to have to communicate. - Ali tried to get us to sign the paperwork reviewing the condition of the car before we got a chance to inspect it-- as we asked to do. - Ali made a condescending comment when we tried to discuss some of the services to be done for the car (as it has smudges and scratches that could potentially be -- and were-- buffed out). Quote: "Clearly this is your first time buying a car." - Claimed the dealership could do NOTHING for the car-- which he quickly contradicted by servicing some marks, discoloration, and scratches. - We asked for an alternative salesman and were forced to continue working with him. Overall, the entire time it felt like he didn't want to deal with us and was very unwelcoming. I would not come here again to purchase a car, nor would I recommend it if you are in the market. More
