I walked into the Concord Honda Center unannounced (without a prior appointment) with my broken car. All the service techs were busy and I was not sure who to approach for help. And then this young gentleman Cavon approached me and asked if I had an appointment. I explained to him my issue. Immediately, he got going on my car. Unfortunately, I was told that the car required fixes to the tune of $15K. I was shocked and confused. But after taking a deep breath, i spoke to my wife and we decided to buy a new car. Cavon introduced me to Carolina who provided excellent service, was very friendly and patiently answered all our queries. Keep the good work. More

They did not honor the Costco pricing I was quoted on the phone. When I arrived at the dealership I was told there were about $1000 of useless dealer add ons, like $250 lug nut locks. They wouldn't even remove the wildly overpriced lug nut locks because they were "already installed". Last time I checked lug nuts were designed to be removed. After much negotiation they reduced the extra charges by about half. I bought the car because I needed to, but I felt like they were dishonest. The person that quoted me the price apologized that they made a mistake not including the add ons an had the nerve to say they "owned their mistake". Well, they may own it but I paid for it. More
