If he didn’t know the answer, he found out the answer and quickly got back to me. I truly appreciated his thoroughness, honesty, and ease to work with. A special shoutout to his colleagues who also helped me with the car-buying process: Ali Maloky (Internet Sales and Costco Dealership Rep), Marlowe Avelino (Sales Manager), and especially Chris Bongon (Finance) who patiently explained all the contract numbers in great detail to me several times. I was greeting. I thought I had an appointment. Turns out I went to the wrong dealership. No matter. They took care of me and honored the deal from the other dealers I thought I had an appointment. I was given a good deal on my trade-in and walked out the door a happy customer. There were NO surprises in finance, all good. I didn't have title or my check book with me. No problem. They took care of it. I went back today (Saturday to Monday) and gave them my cashier's check and title. All done. And, every time I went in, I was greeted and welcomed. So, it is now my turn to say: THANK YOU!! More
Just bought the 2026 Honda Passport and the transaction was very good, got the deal I want, it was done in 3 hours and the guy who helped me, Ali was very nice and helpful all throughout. Long but Brutally Honest! !! Based on "suggestion" i sent my family to Concord Honda and now grievously regret the suggestion. My brother and his wife went to see, drive !! My brother and his wife went to see, drive and with every intention purchase a Honda CPO CR-V for their daughter who, overcoming many odds and obstacles, has moved to further her studies out of state. As proud parents, despite a recent work reduction situation, and obviously being proud and wanting to help their daughter further her aspirations as any good parent would, are dipping in to their wherewithal to encourage and support her dreams From the onset, the experience has been hideous. with a grotesque display customer service from the sales staff to a less then appreciative sales manager. First, the test drive appointment was met with a total lack attention. After an unprecedented and totally unnecessary wait, a different sales person asked what my brother and his wife what they were waiting for and after telling the salesperson they were waiting to test drive the vehicle, were "accused" of having had the test drive and what were they waiting for. THEN, (and this becomes even more hideous, were told that the Honda Certification was about to expire on the vehicle. This entire charade was unprecedented and may very well go down in the annals of a terrible circus and description of how NOT to sell vehicles and horrible customer service. Perhaps the sales person, who "claimed" to be new didn't understand the parameter of Honda Certification, but this was exacerbated and compounded by a sales manager who chose to hide until the last moment and then attempted to distort and extend the series of misinformation, claiming policies of the Sonic Automotive Group prevents negotiations of vehicles and used Honda Corporation as a scapegoat in the prevention of dealership policies. (We cant offer services as Honda does not allow us to offer "dealer absorbed services". I can now understand why there is so much disdain and distaste for much of the dealership business dealings. If his is how Sonic Automotive Grp AND Honda Automotive allows their franchises and franchisees to represent them, perhaps they would be better served in the 3 ring circus arena. Honda AND Sonic Automotive Grp will be contacted about the customer service issues and the unsavory practices of disinformation! More

I was very happy with the service I received . From the very beginning I was given an appointment immediately. He went above and beyond ensuring he answered my questions and went the extra mile asking his management questions that he didn’t have to . Finance experience was awesome as well . He was very professional and easy going . He explained everything and was very friendly . Finance was very meticulous and ensured that the numbers were accurate and gained my trust when I observed him going line for line making sure there were no mistakes . Both Salesman and Finance representative made arrangements with the Sales Manager to ensure my vehicle would still be available when my check arrived . Tho I had to wait a few days for my credit union to send my check , the car I wanted was waiting for me in a garage and it was nice and clean . This is one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle . Kudos to Salesman Rhys and Concord Honda ! More
