Jose Diego went above and beyond for our family and our needs. We were in a situation where we needed a car immediately. Met with Diego and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. He listened to my needs and directed me to models he felt I would be interested in. Never tried to push me into anything. He took the time to describe the features of each model. So, I did purchase a Crosstrek. Diego was more than willing to spend time with me describing each and every feature of the car. I even went back the next day for him to explain again. I'm not good at electronics. I was met with a smile and willingness to take the time for me.
