Delivery experience We ordered a car from the factory. When we took delivery, due to a problem with their gas pump, we only received a half tank of gas. When we noted this, Jeff and the service manager Eric were genuinely contrite. Eric gave us a chit for a full tank of gas at our next visit, and also offered a complementary oil change kit. A week later, we got a follow up call to see if all was ok, and if we needed anything. We have has so many negative dealer experiences in the past, it was refreshing to finally experience a professionally run dealership, with truthful and sincere people. More

He took his time with us, showing us the different models, colors, and features. When it was time to pick up the car, he spent at least an hour showing me the features and operation of the car. He even synced my phone for me! Within a week, I got a phone call asking if I had any questions about the car and how I liked it. Jeff has earned my loyalty and respect.
