Norris Copobianco was very knowledgeable and helpful and found me my perfect car. He sat with me in the car and showed me all of the "gadgets" and is available if I need to contact him. Car delivered today!!! I received a phone call from Norris last week letting me know that the car was at the dealership. Because I was in the area, I stopped by to see him a I received a phone call from Norris last week letting me know that the car was at the dealership. Because I was in the area, I stopped by to see him and see my new car. I arranged for delivery today and there it was my new Forester, waiting for me. I was greeted by Norris and after he showed to me all the documentation that was coming with the vehicle, he took me to my car to show me everything that it need to be explained to me. Even he helped to set up my phone to the Bluetooth system of the car. I highly recommend Competition Subaru and in particular Norris Capobianco. More

My favorite car buying experience. Absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had. Cathy was pleasant, cheerful and patient. She was very knowledgeable about the model of Subaru we were considering and went out of her way to locate the vehicle we were looking for. She was straight forward about the pricing of the car which was acceptable to us. The price of the car was the lowest of all of the three dealerships we visited. She never pressured us with phone calls and e-mails. Upon delivery of our Outback she spent a considerable amount of time explaining the vehicle and operating systems, as well as all of the dealership's services available. We would highly recommend purchasing a Subaru from Competition Subaru. Cathy is a charm and is definitely the salesperson to see. More

A great experience! My husband and I went to this dealership with the intent of obtaining a subaru forester but we were unsure whether we should lease or buy. Norris was My husband and I went to this dealership with the intent of obtaining a subaru forester but we were unsure whether we should lease or buy. Norris was beyond helpful and crunched numbers repeatedly until we were able to finally make a decision. He made the whole process a breeze and was never pushy in any way. The entire dealership was full of friendly employees who gladly accomodated us and our increasingly fussy 1 year old. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership! And so far our choice in car has been amazing! I love our new forester and feel we got so much more for our money than similar brands at other dealerships. More

Couldn't Be Bothered My daughter was looking for a 2016 (used) or 2017 (new) Crosstrek with a manual transmission. At this dealership, used cars are sold by one salesman a My daughter was looking for a 2016 (used) or 2017 (new) Crosstrek with a manual transmission. At this dealership, used cars are sold by one salesman and new cars by another. The first salesman was the "used car guy" - nice enough, but when she asked any questions about new car features / availability, it was pretty much "I don't do that". Although they didn't have a manual on the lot, he did let her test drive an older Crosstrek. The test drive lasted about 3 minutes and was literally around the block - not enough to get a feel for the car. There were some new manual transmission cars on the lot - just not Crosstreks. She then had to see another salesman to test drive a new car. She stated that she wanted to test drive a car with a manual transmission with an interest in ordering a 2017 Crosstrek if she liked the way it drove. He stated he had a 2017 Forester on the lot and "would be right back". He seemed annoyed and really couldn't be bothered. He came back about 10 minutes later stating that the car was on another lot and that she would have to make an appointment for later in the week. He never volunteered to let her test drive any other manual transmission on the lot, which is all she wanted to do. Honestly, I would never go back to this dealership and this may have very well turned me off to Subarus completely. More

Great service!!! I visited Competition Subaru November 1st. and I was greeted by Carol Glass, after arranging the visit over the internet. She took me to see Norris an I visited Competition Subaru November 1st. and I was greeted by Carol Glass, after arranging the visit over the internet. She took me to see Norris and he was very professional explaining the different options that I have in the vehicle that I was looking for. He did not have it, but he offered me to take a road test in a vehicle a trim above. I did not feel any pressure trying to close the deal. I returned a few days later with the decision to buy. I asked him if could be anything else that he could do price wise and he did good. I ordered it and now I am waiting for the moment I receive a call from Competition telling me the car is ready. More

No pressure or upsell, they honored the price without argument. When I explained that I would have difficulty getting in to pick up the car, Jeff offered to give me a ride in. He fully checked me out on the car controls, since I got a car with all the upgrades and advanced safety features. Buying a car has always been for me like a trip to the dentist, only worse. This was my best experience yet. More

Top notch service I had come to Competition after a rather distasteful and unprofessional experience at a nearby dealer from their sales manager (to be remain unnamed).
