outstanding I called my salesman about a service issue that I was having with my 2017 Legecy.I called Norris Capobianco from Donaldson Subaru because I was treate I called my salesman about a service issue that I was having with my 2017 Legecy.I called Norris Capobianco from Donaldson Subaru because I was treated very porely at Donaldson so he then put me onto Mary Spira service consultant at Competition Subaru & Norris had already spoke to Mary for me so I left Donaldson not happy at all & my issue not fixed so as I arrived at Competition Subaru I was greeted by a young man asking me how can he help me listened to my problem & showed me where to park & where to go see Mary. I I sat with Mary & she already had all of my issues in her computer because Norris had already informed her. Mary then proceeded to let me know that she has a loaner car all ready for me because my car's problem seems to be a very detailed problem.
