Most amazing sales experience of my lifetime! I was unfortunately involved in an accident that left me without a car and a ton of nerves getting into a new one. Cathy calmed my nerves by showing me empathy to my situation and throughly describing safety features to me. The process was quick and painless thanks to Dan and Cathy. There was a snow storm that day and I was going to pick up my car the following weekend since we were adding a remote start to my new car. The staff was incredibly accommodating as they gave me a ride home in a blizzard!! i do not live close to this location either. Daniel and Cathy waited with me and made sure I was in a safe Subaru to take me home with one of the service department workers (I forgot his name I’m so sorry!). I have never in my life experienced such warmth from a dealership. The entire staff made sure I was happy and taken care of every step of the way.
