Fine experience but after.. Jeff Barkan our sales consultant was very attentive and informative. He took time to review the car with my wife. After that the attention slipped. He called a couple of days later and left a message on our answering machine to see how things were going with the new Forester. I calle back a few days later, but he was with a customer. Left my name and number but received no call back. Received a call from my insurance company that they needed the sticker sheet and bill of sale for the Forester. Turns out it was never faxed over the day of the sale. Called Jeff, but told again he was with a customer, so I left my name, number, and a message about what was not faxed to my insurance company. Fortunately, I found the necessary info, but still have not received a call back. Disappointed with the after sales aspect of the dealership. Gary Otten More
