You actually drive your car indoors and are greeted there by someone who gets you hooked up with a service person. In my case it was Dennis Alebrande. Although they have a really nice waiting room, I was having a friend pick me up, so I was only there for a short time. I could see that other people were having coffee and relaxing while their cars were being serviced. I got a call at home when the car was ready. Everything was taken care of as I requested. I'm sure I'll be returning in the future. More
