Carol Glass described the Costco program to us in detail and what we should expect and our salesman, Eric Tops, was excellent and very helpful. Fortunately we knew we were interested in the Forester, Consumer Reports top rated compact SUV. We just got the car last week and will certainly have more questions - but we know we can call Eric Tops ANYTIME and he will help us with whatever we need. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful with my qu I was extremely happy with the service Lisa Cain provided for me. She was excellent. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful with my questions., and getting back to me in a timely matter. I’m not happy with the financial dept for it took them more then 3 weeks to pay off my car(trade-in) when I had given them the money CC-to pay it off. I’m still waiting for the registration for the wrong Vin # was given to DMV. Overall excellent experience except for the paying of trade-in — love my Forester Sports. Checked today,7/24/19 and my trade-in has been paid . Thank You! More
