Competition Subaru offered the Abramson family a full refund for their purchase after letting us know they were dissatisfied. Mr. Abramson requested $2,250 be paid and he keeps the car. This request was also fulfilled. When Mr. Abramson realized the $2,250 would stop his ability to "sue us" he became irate in the showroom. Mr. Abramson dressed up as Santa Claus from 1:30PM until 3PM on Christmas Eve ringing a bell in Middle Country road picketing our business.
