Fritz is one of the most knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and easy to work with sales professionals that we have ever dealt with. Without exception, Fritz always gets the deal done and we drive away happy and satisfied. We have also had the pleasure of dealing with Steve LaBarbera, the sales manager, over the years. I have seen Steve do what I thought was next to impossible in getting deals done and closed, he is the master at what he does, and his leadership skills and determination clearly have been passed on to the entire sales staff. Darlene Titus, the dealership's Business Manager, always does a prompt, professional job of preparing the lease paper work, and I have also been very pleased with the Service Department over the years, especially Jan Scharwachter, Service Advisor, who is extremely professional and follows up until the service is completed and the vehicle is back in my possession. You may get anxiety when going to the dentist, but not at Competition Infiniti, I would recommend them to anyone. More

Best Car Buy or Lease experience I ever had. I went to Competition Infiniti to rule it out. My boss who has an Infiniti suggested I check them out before I leased another Acura. So my husband, I went to Competition Infiniti to rule it out. My boss who has an Infiniti suggested I check them out before I leased another Acura. So my husband, daughter and I went to look. We were greeted quickly and said we wanted to test drive the QX60. Fritz was introduced as our sales person and came with us on the test drive. We all loved it. So I figured what the heck, let's see what lease deals Fritz comes up with. Needless to say we left the dealership with an appointment to pick up my new QX60 4 days later. Fritz was unbelievably kind, personable and professional. The whole time I felt like we were working together to get the right price, not him against us. Fritz made us feel like we had known him for years and been there before. Even though it was our first time. He took care of everything and even said we could do the rest of the stuff on the phone because my daughter was getting hungry. The whole experience that evening was refreshing and pleasant but that was just the beginning. Over the next couple days I was contacted by Darlene the finance manager who couldn't have been more wonderful. There was no pressure to buy additional products or scams to change the payments or telling me that my credit score (which is very high) was lower then it really is so they can charge me a larger payment. That has happened before. Fritz even called and set up everything with my auto insurance company! There was nothing left for me to do but pick up my beautiful new car. The night we picked it up Fritz reviewed everything in the QX60 in detail. Then he took my Acura with the lease up so I didn't even have to bring it back!! The next day I realized that I had left my CD's in the other car and I called Competition Infiniti hoping Fritz hadn't returned the car yet. He had but he had checked and had my CD's on his desk. Then he delivered them to my home the next evening! Leasing my new QX60 has been the best buying experience I have ever had. I have bought or leased from Volvo, VW, Acura in the past 12 years and have never been so satisfied and sure that I leased/bought the right car from the best sales person at the best dealership. I will be back! More
