We did everything via phone and email with Glen Alden and and Paul Matricano...we reached a deal within 5 minutes and just went in to pickup the car. Darlene Titus had all the paperwork ready for us and were done withing 20 minutes of stepping into the dealership. They then took their time in showing us each and every feature of the car even though this was our second QX60. Very happy with the experience, deal and the car. The snacks and drinks in the customer lounge were great and kept my brother busy while were there ;-) Thank you Glen, Paul and Darlene for a wonderful experience. More
