Hands down the best experience I've had EVER! I entered this dealership as I entered many throughout the past few months in search of a vehicle. Every dealership had the same gimmicks in terms of I entered this dealership as I entered many throughout the past few months in search of a vehicle. Every dealership had the same gimmicks in terms of ridiculous assumed hidden down payments. Not all dealerships were local to me and when calling ahead, they all claimed to have the vehicle in stock, and they were looking at it. I went, they vehicle was “sold”. I asked to show me the sales invoice and none were able to produce it. That’s when I arrived at Competition BMW. I had my guards up, and as usual, I was prepared to be harassed into purchasing a vehicle with every penny squeezed out of my pocket. This was absolutely not the case. From the second I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist in what you could immediately see was a relaxed environment. There were no sales people hovering around looking for their next prey. I was introduced to Antonella who had the nicest smile and personality I’ve ever seen at a dealership. Used car salespeople are usually very aggressive and not relatable. She was amazing. We started talking about the car and ended up comparing stories about our families and our little ones. She was very kind and knew allot about the vehicle. She took me down to check it out and it was an amazing experience. One concern I had was that I was trading in my vehicle. All dealers fluctuated by 2-4K in difference. It was clear they were trying to significantly undervalue my trade in. They even delay giving you numbers until they know what you're looking for etc. Antonella on the other hand had those numbers ready for me before we even got back to her desk. I didn’t even have to argue about it because they gave me the highest amount right off the bat for my vehicle. We did the deal and she even went above and beyond to see if I qualified for any additional savings. Turns out I did and that was AFTER we did all the number. Have you ever been to a user car dealer and saved money AFTER all numbers were negotiated? Me never, but this time I did. I’m not saying everyone would experience this, but it tells you something about the staff and the dealership if they save the customer money that could have gone to their bottom line. The paperwork, financing and delivery were smooth and no hassles at all. The car looked even better than it did when I saw it upon pickup. Antonella was personally there to meet with me and make sure everything was up to my liking. No shortcuts were taken, and they genuinely cared more about my experience than anything else. To be honest, I wanted to hang out a bit longer before leaving :-) I would highly recommend this dealer for your purchases. Not only are the prices very competitive, but you do not have to deal with the hassles that typically ruin car buying. It was very relaxing experience. I highly recommend this dealer. More

The entire staff was very attentive and most of all, Phil put together a deal that couldn't be beat. I purchased several vehicles over the years at a different dealership but I recently moved and Competition BMW is very close to my house so I decided to give them a try. First BMW experience Being that it was our first BMW experience and the nicest vehicle we'd purchase my wife and I were apprehensive about everything. Right away, Marc ma Being that it was our first BMW experience and the nicest vehicle we'd purchase my wife and I were apprehensive about everything. Right away, Marc made us comfortable with his calm demeanor, low pressure conversation and expert knowledge. He was patient with us as we went through certain options, test drove cars and distracted our toddlers from screaming and wrecking the place. A lot of dealers probably get spoken about like this but Marc really gave the "family man" vibe and came across honestly. We were offered a nice lease deal on a 2016 535i xdrive, which was the best size and trim for us. We liked the color and the fact that it was almost brand new. Before that day I had done most of the research on BMWs and part of me had really liked the msport package, which the lease did not have. There were little details about it that just made a huge impression on me. But with the lease deal I had convinced myself it was the right car and we had a good deal so I'd move forward. My wife was easy going with the process and just wanted me to be happy. We signed papers, put a deposit down and went home. Then I couldn't fall asleep, I had buyers remorse and knew it wasn't EXACTLY what I wanted. I panicked, wondering if I'd be able to fix this and emailed Marc in the middle of the night, explaining to him my issue. He texted me in the morning, understood where I was coming from and recommended starting the process all over. It was as easy as that. I came back in, we found the exact car I wanted (2014 535i xdrive msport) and he gave me a fair deal on it. It couldn't have ended any better. He did what was best for me and my family, not him.. and that's what I truly appreciated. We'll plan to work solely with Marc when we return for out next deal. (X7?). Also, from the front desk to the finance department, they are all professional, kind and a pleasure to be around. More

I told my salesperson Nina, exactly what I could afford, what I wanted for my trade in and what I needed my monthly payments to be. Nina worked hard to pair me into a vehicle that met all of my needs. No bait and switch here, no trying to sell me additional upgrades and no annoying back and forth with the manager. I never felt pressured, the total experience was a wonderful one! I will gladly recommend Competition BMW to all of my friends! More
