My car's new home at Competition BMW I had my 2015 435i Gran Coupe serviced at Competition BMW of Smithtown and can honestly say that not only was it an excellent experience, but exceeded I had my 2015 435i Gran Coupe serviced at Competition BMW of Smithtown and can honestly say that not only was it an excellent experience, but exceeded all of my expectations. I purchased my 435 from another dealership in Huntington and have grown increasingly more frustrated with the quality of workmanship and customer service over the years. I spoke with Frank Montalto and Greg Box about switching to their dealership permanently. They welcomed me, listened to some specific concerns I had with my car's inspection, and treated me like any other long time customer. That was greatly appreciated! Furthermore, my car recently had all 4 M-brakes replaced under warranty at that "other" dealership. I had problems with one rotor only weeks later and was turned away by them being told the deep groove in the new rotor was "normal." Greg and his team did not hesitate to give this issue the attention it deserved, identified the problem, and did a good faith replacement of the suspect parts. Well done! My car and my customer loyalty now have a new home at Competition BMW. More

A pleasure to do business with My wife and I went to the dealership to look at an X5 40e. We did the test drive but then we were sure if we wanted a SUV again. Our sales person Just My wife and I went to the dealership to look at an X5 40e. We did the test drive but then we were sure if we wanted a SUV again. Our sales person Justin said no problem but then we asked to test a 440 convertible (yes quite a bit different). They did not have one but did have a 430. We drove it and liked it but thought it was too small so they pulled a 640 off of the show room floor. We test drive that and even ran the numbers but then the reality of 2 sports cars set in. So now we went out and looked at an X5 35i. Again got the numbers. Each time was a very fair deal. My wife and I sat and talked and decided we really wanted the first vehicle, the X5 40e. Through it all Justin was courteous and patient. We signed the initial paperwork and went home. It does not end there. Somewhere between Saturday and our Monday pick up a Space Grey model arrived to the dealership. I called Justin to say we wanted that one instead. His only response was okay I need to run and make it happen. Justin clearly puts customer satisfaction first. More
