2 Year Service I made my appointment over the internet and got the day and time that worked for me. I did get a confirmation email immediately to confirm. On the day of service, I arrived at the dealership0 and was IMMEDIATELY acknowledge and started on my service. Joseph Fioentine was my service writer and came over to discuss my service. It was regular service and I needed my annual inspection. I discussed another issue I had with my car and he said there was a software update for my problem and for the vehicle.. and maybe would have to keep my car overnight. I was given a brand new loaner car and left. Joe did keep me updated during the day and yes said they needed the car overnight. I informed him that I did need either my car back or somethings I had in there the next day and I would be there in the morning.. The next morning on my way out to BMW Joe called me to see that yes my car would be ready at the time I needed it. When I arrived, my car was there waiting for me.. done, inspected and washed. I thanked Joe and the service department for being both honest and professional.. and everyone there is friendly. I highly recommend BMW of Smithtown for both Sales.. Antoinella, Finance Helga and yes Service Joe for any of your auto need. Thanks again and great job More
