My experience is always overwhelming at competition Bmw I have been a BMW customer for a couple of years now. Greg Box is usually my service advisor. I must say that I have been in the automotive business f I have been a BMW customer for a couple of years now. Greg Box is usually my service advisor. I must say that I have been in the automotive business for 35 years and he is the best advisor I have meet. He takes the time to listen to the customer, and when you leave there everything has been handle 150%. My car was towed Sunday after closing, was able to get a loaner on Monday and the car was complete by noon Tuesday. What more could you want. I will alway be a Competition BMW customer for ever. Excellent Service and Flexibility I brought my X5 in for what I had hoped was a minor "low coolant level" indication. This occurred on a Saturday when I was returning from a trip to M I brought my X5 in for what I had hoped was a minor "low coolant level" indication. This occurred on a Saturday when I was returning from a trip to Manhattan. Needless to say I did not have an appointment. Jackie and the team immediately took a look at the vehicle and determined that there was leak leading to the warning. I was extremely pleased with the flexibility of the dealership and their willingness to provide me a courtesy loaner on the spot. When I returned home that afternoon, I received a notice from BMW USA that my Takata Airbag resolution was now available. Jackie was able to get the necessary parts delivered and complete both Services while I had the loaner minimizing my inconvenience. While no one likes having to get their vehicle serviced, I am extremely pleased with professionalism, quality, and focus on customer satisfaction that Jackie and the team provide every time I need them.
