Great service I brought my x1 in for service. First off I was given a courtesy call to remind me that it was time to bring my vehicle in which is awesome since I'm I brought my x1 in for service. First off I was given a courtesy call to remind me that it was time to bring my vehicle in which is awesome since I'm a extremely busy store owner. I love how you can just pull your vehicle right in through the automatic garage service door. The receptionist are always very pleasant and professional and I never wait for more then 10 minutes. My advisor, Greg Box, was very professional and pleasant. He outlined what would be done and how much it would cost and promised an update later that day. He gave me a call to tell me the progress on my vehicle and a timeline of when everything would be finished. I left with an awesome x5 loaner (might be my next car) and as always I was walked by one of the guys to show me where the loaner was located. When I picked my vehicle, I was in and out in a matter of minutes and they vacuumed my vehicle as well. I received a follow up call from Greg the next day to make sure my car service was to my expectation. Overall great experience as always!! More

Within a few hours we had identified a few options and quickly focused in on a 530 xi (we'd gone in to look at a 435 xi and compare the 5 just to see) - and within a couple of days she had found the perfect car.
