They never tell you anything negative ever, they never use strong negative words, and they all make me feel super comfortable about BMW servicing my car, which means the world to me. I go in and leave feeling relaxed and confident that my vehicle is being worked on in a very proper, neat and professional manor. Which now a days is extremely rare . Jackie Ruggiero sat with me explained everything and answered all my questions. There was not one single moment where I felt nervous of leaving my car with her/them. The front desk staff was just as awesome and so was the tech's/mechanics who performed the work. My X1 was kept clean (and believe you me I checked it all) all my settings weren't affected and it was in a very timely manor. I am one of those super anal car loving guys that keeps his baby showroom clean at all times. BMW DID NOT disappoint me at all. I wish there was a rating above 5 star's or 100% cause they all deserve it. Makes me super proud to be a BMW owner, waited a long time to own one and now that I do.....I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. More

As promised I called at 9:00 AM to ask to bring my car in to have a flat repaired (I have wheel and tire insurance, a must with the very low-profile tires on my I called at 9:00 AM to ask to bring my car in to have a flat repaired (I have wheel and tire insurance, a must with the very low-profile tires on my car). I had only a short window, but they agreed to my preferred time of 1:00 PM. I brought the car in and was given a one-hour turn-around time. The car was done in 45 minutes, washed inside and out, with a new set of wipers to boot. All at no charge, while I sat in their excellent showroom lounge and had a great fresh cup of Starbucks coffee (a Rice Crispies treat too; don't tell my wife). Altogether, a fine time, as always. I have been a customer for 15 years. More

I happened to be in the area of Competition late one afternoon and I walked into the dealership on the off-chance they might be able to take the car. The people at Competition could not have been nicer and more accommodating. They took the car, did the inspection and even did the wash. Everyone was pleasant and professional and I appreciate their help. More

The service hours were terrible, they never offered a loaner. They've been trying to get me out of my lease early, but had horrible options for me. They were just horrible people to deal with. When I went into Competition just to look around, I was blown away at the attentiveness. I was treated like I mattered. Antonella said "we're going to make this work." And that's what she did. She really made me feel like a member of a new family. Helga was so sweet to talk to. She explained everything to me in detail. The loaner car policy was amazing. Nicole helped me connect everything in my car and then made herself accessible to me in-case I need her help with my garage door opener or anything else that may come up! I am so lucky to live so close to this dealership. Never in my life have I actually liked a car dealership. I was more than excited to get rid of my old keys and move on to a nicer, friendlier dealership! More

It was so much a better experience that i decided to switch to BMW for myself after 4 consecutive purchases of a Lexus GS. Marc got me into a BMW X5 Hybrid and i have never enjoyed a new car like i do this one. Helga made the whole purchase a breeze and had all the answers i needed,. when i had a problem with the charger Helga made sure i had a replacement in the mail. More
