First excperience with BMW After leasing Mercedes Benz and Audi in the past.. I decided to check out the BMW 4 series convertible. I have friends that recommended Smithtown BMW After leasing Mercedes Benz and Audi in the past.. I decided to check out the BMW 4 series convertible. I have friends that recommended Smithtown BMW and when I arrived I was greeted friendly and Antonella was my salesperson. She was both professional and knowledgeable in the different models, equipment and leasing options. After a little talk I ordered my BMW to my specs and when it arrived.. about 3 months later, Antonella called me to set up an appointment to see my car and continue in the process. I went there and saw my car and was directed to the finance manager.. Helga. She explained everything to me and made sure I understood all costs associated with my lease. Upon delivery of my car.. I was then introduced to my service advisor.. Joseph and a BMW Genius to help me learn all the features of the car. When I need service. I email for the appointment and Joseph is already ready for me.. to write up and then get me into a loaner car. Everything there Is always professional and I have made many friends there and even went to some of the events sponsored by them. By lease is coming up soon and was notified on my options at lease end.. and I am definitely looking at the new BMW 6 Series convertible.. or another 4 Series.
