2018 M2 Purchase Phil got word from one of his coworkers that I was interested in purchasing a new M2 and he reached out to me via a phone call. I had a specific color and spec in mind going into the dealership and they ended up having a black one with the exact spec that I wanted so we scheduled a test drive and talked some numbers. This wasn't the color I was interested in so we searched for a blue one with the packages I was interested in. Coincidentally Competition BMW had the EXACT car that I wanted currently on the way from Germany that was scheduled to arrive in a week. Once the car landed at the port they notified me that it would arrive in a few days. Phil was very helpful and accommodating during the whole process, and I couldn't have asked for better service at Competition BMW. Also Joseph- A BMW Genius was very helpful with going down the specifics of the car and offering further assistance. If you're interested in a BMW, I highly recommend going to Competition and seeing Phil. -Billy More

Awesome Experience! So I walked into Competition BMW late on a Sunday, not realizing it was nearly closing time. Sales person Joe Deinzer assisted me and, even though it So I walked into Competition BMW late on a Sunday, not realizing it was nearly closing time. Sales person Joe Deinzer assisted me and, even though it was so late in the day, he was extremely patient. Joe took the time to show me all that an x1 has to offer and when I asked if I could test drive one, it was no problem at all! I walked away that day extremely pleased and knew I would be back when an x1 became available with all the options I wanted. Approximately two weeks later, I purchased a beautiful pre-owned x1, fully loaded and with low mileage, and to top it all off, I feel as though I got an excellent deal. The whole transaction went smoothly. Helga from Finance explained everything so that there were no surprises, and when I picked up my vehicle, Jorge/the Genius explained how everything works! Two months later, I am still over the moon with this car...my first BMW. I'll definitely be back when it's time to purchase another. I highly recommend this dealership and Joe Deinzer. I have to say, every other time I purchased a vehicle, it was so exhausting, but not with this dealership and sales person. It was an extremely pleasant experience. PS...I was interested in purchasing the cross bars for the roof rack. Joe made sure they were thrown in, no charge, and when I picked up the vehicle, he installed them himself. Just a small thing that meant a lot to me! More

Mislead on warranty I felt baited after maintenance work was done, I've had this lease less than 2 years and have been told that there are a range of problems with the ve I felt baited after maintenance work was done, I've had this lease less than 2 years and have been told that there are a range of problems with the vehicle that are not covered under warranty, yet when I was signing lease i was told I shouldn't have any issues with vehicle since it was certified pre-owned however just over 6 months later when I came in for an oil change I was told the brakes had to be replaced and that it they weren't under warranty. Service rep told me that the prior owner probably had some miles on those brakes and it's become my problem to replace. He was trying to talk me into another very expensive warranty, telling me it would pay for itself with the work the car needed and probably would need in the future yet this car I had very short period of time and have been very careful with it. Needless to say service rep was not happy that I didn't want to spend $2500 on new warranty which by his attitude I can guess me must get a commission on. Next time I went for oil change more of the same happened, now I'm afraid to go to the dealer for any service. More
