Great Experience with patiences and customer service Antonella Martinis, sales representative, was very patient and detail orientated. We had her search high and low for a new replacement lease vehicle. Antonella Martinis, sales representative, was very patient and detail orientated. We had her search high and low for a new replacement lease vehicle. After weeks, we were not able to locate vehicle with exact specifications, so the decision was to order a brand new BMW from the factory in Germany. Goal was to get an e-drive vehicle at the best possible prices, Antonella put on her thinking cap on... to get us thousands back on rebates. We currently live in CT and she was able to get rebates from graduating SUNYA (UAlbany) decades ago, green emission, out of state, year end, fleet, loyalty, etc. Our CT dealership was unable to even come close to price matching. Definitely a worthwhile drive to Long Island to pick up the vehicle, but everything else was totally done via phone and email. The process was very easy.
