They are BMW and act overcharge you for the Bullcrap engines BMW are the worse engines. I had two and the engines had serious problems where I could of brought a whole other car! They suck!!!! Terrible experience, Worst BMW Dealership on Long Island. I do NOT recommend Competition BMW in Smithtown from the Sales people to the Service department. Incompetent run dealership, I went there to buy a CP I do NOT recommend Competition BMW in Smithtown from the Sales people to the Service department. Incompetent run dealership, I went there to buy a CPO and two sales rep's were too lazy to find me the BMW I was interested. I called left messages several times and they texted me back they were either off, on vacation or they ignored my calls and texts. I bought my car at another dealership in CT, I brought my car there for service since I live a couple miles and it was convenient. Unfortunately they told me they would be able to fix the issue in 45 min. Well, 5 hours still sitting and waiting, Greg Box the Service misogynist is nasty, rude and made up excuses for hours in the shop, a simple reprogramming a key. After 5 hours I asked for my car, waiting all afternoon, leaving work. The staff clearly had no clue what they are doing. My car was returned with several scratch marks, finger prints, filthy windows, dials played with, radio station changed, dirt on the console, steering wheel, mats all had to be cleaned by ME. I had asked for the Servie Manager, Vinnie DiGregorio, they told me he was having his lunch. Excuse me, when does a disgruntled customer have to wait for the Manager to finish his sandwich! I will NOT return, I have to take a 30 minute drive to find competience and professionalism. Competitition that lack, the name should be changed to INCOMPETENT.
