Find another BMW dealer cause you'll find nothing but headaches with this place and they never even call or compensate you when you've vented to them about your experience they just say sorry and then charge you an arm and a leg. I have told them many times the issues I have received when I had been there and nothing compensated not even a customer service phone call. Lets just say I've experienced everything from finding diabetic tests strips in my loaner car cup holder to them putting dents in my car even giving me a car with no tread on the tires and saying I'd have to replace them when I return if they lost anymore tread which was obviously going to happen and much more. Don't go there they will scam you. More

Rear bumper plate Bought a new 2018 x3 bmw after signing the final papers at approximately 6:30 at nite I was unable to inspect the exterior of the car . The next day Bought a new 2018 x3 bmw after signing the final papers at approximately 6:30 at nite I was unable to inspect the exterior of the car . The next day I noticed two small impressions on the rear bumper. I immediately called my salesperson to inform him of the damage.It took almost a month to get the part. every week I called and was told that the part was ordered but the following week no one knew what was going on . It was finally replaced and I was happy to having my car fixed. The only other thing was the loaner car was filthy dirty and when I brought back the loaner car I told the receptionist she didn’t even say she was sorry. Overall I’m very happy with the repair and I would recommend this dealership. More

And then waiting again for documents signing and handing over deposit check. Its understandable that dealership was busy for end of month purchases. But it was fortunate that I had no pressing engagements and could wait around for almost two hours the whole process took without any negative consequences. Still, overall, my experience was very good, despite this glitch. More
