Customer since 2004 Leased my 6th BMW at Competition Smithtown this weekend. I have been loyal to the brand and dealership because of the people. Joe was always courteous and attentive to me as a customer and stayed in touch regularly. He always made sure to reach out before the lease expiration to get me back in with great offers. When Joe left the dealership for a brief time I was convinced it would be the end of my dealings with the dealership and BMW. Then I met Antonella Martinis. I can honestly say that she is the only reason I leased my last two cars through the dealership. Antonella makes the difference in the way she treats people and understands their preferences. I never feel as if I am being sold on something I don't want. Most important of all I trust her. I just picked my newest car today and once again Antonella made it a pleasurably experience. More

3 year service Scheduled my last service on my BMW.. before my lease is up. When i arrived at the dealership.. was greeted immediately and taken care of right away. I met my new service writer Kenneth Darmanin and taken over to his desk. He looked up my information, checked my vehicle and told me what service would be needed on my vehicle. I was given a loaner vehicle and was called by Kenneth upon completion of my service(before my required time). I returned to the dealer and chatted a bit with Kenneth and went back to see my washed and serviced BMW. I have always been treated professionally and courteous when i talk to anyone there either in Sales, Service or Parts.
