Professionalism with a smile I met Greg Box by chance a few weeks ago when I brought my new CPO vehicle in for a badge. Greg came out and helped me apply the badge he was very nic I met Greg Box by chance a few weeks ago when I brought my new CPO vehicle in for a badge. Greg came out and helped me apply the badge he was very nice and didn’t charge me anything. Some weeks later, I decided I wanted to add some carbon fiber pieces to the vehicle and I started calling around to different dealerships. I live on eastern Long Island and I’m about 50 minutes from Competiton BMW, but Greg gave me a fair price on the parts and followed up throughout the whole process. So I decided to give my business to Competition BMW rather than Southampton BMW which is 5 Miles from me. I received a follow up call from Greg’s associate Kathleen who ensured that I had a loaner car while they added the parts. They called me during he process to inform me they needed more time for the adhesive to cure, I appreciated that Greg didn’t rush the process and held the vehicle overnight. The car looks mint! This dealership (Greg) earned my business by being kind, professional, and offering competitive prices on parts. I will be back again for future services.
