My BMW 750 died on the freeway due *DANGER* *PUT MY FAMILY IN EXTREME DANGER AND COULD CARE ONLY ABOUT A PROFIT*. Continue reading for the truth... My BMW 750 died on the freeway due to “drive train malfunction” and got towed into this dealership. In a frantic state, I explained that this could NEVER happen again and my family was in jeopardy if the car died on the freeway again. Only 65K miles on the car with a $110K sticker price. Competition BMW of Smithtown assured me that the problem was completed/fixed replacing the fuel pump ($950) and then a brake job for $500. Trusting them, I drove the car home with my family and BAM!!...the car died again on the RFK bridge with the same error message, “drive train malfunction”. We were nearly hit several times before a tow truck saved us. In a panic state, I called the BMW of Smithtown telling them the problem and letting them know they replaced the wrong part that nearly caused my family to be in a severe accident (the next dealer informed of the actual problem). Of course, the least Smithtown could do was to reimburse be for the last job...that’s THE LEAST they could do since my family’s life was in jeopardy. You have no idea how severe their mistake was! Their establishment could absolutely care less...including: Frank Montalto, Jacqueline Ruggiero and Sean Weissman. They all pretty much intentionally ignored me when I informed them and asked for help. Frank assured me that he’d help and did nothing for the hardship, mistake and error on replacement. Only concession offered up was a tow reimbursement. Do yourself a huge favor and stay very far from this place. I don’t want anyone to get in a situation similar to mine. Please take this very seriously. More

Ac not working April 23,18 ac wasn’t working . Service department said ,went they build the car they forgot to add Freon.june 18,18 ac wasn’t getting cool again . I April 23,18 ac wasn’t working . Service department said ,went they build the car they forgot to add Freon.june 18,18 ac wasn’t getting cool again . I called up service department and they wanted me to wait a week to bring my car in for service. After getting a manager on the phone he ask if I can bring the car in that afternoon which I said yes. After a few days the manager called to tell me it will be 5 to 7 days to get a evaporator for the ac from Germany.I was satisfied with the repair o the ac I just hope it last. The only gripe I have is that there should be parts available in the United States or why wasn’t the part coming from the state of Georgia in stead of Germany. More
