Russ has always been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The sales experience is always one to which we look forward rather than a stressful transaction. Russ makes it easy and pleasant. I also have to highly commend Business Representative Aschlyn Puterio. She contacted us approximately six months before the end of the lease on our 535, and called each subsequent month to find out our plans for the next car. Always very pleasant and professional, she had us come in to see Russ a month before we had planned, and even suggested a few X3s that were in stock, based upon one of our prior conversations. More

The detail team or whoever preps the car did a horrible job and fixing whatever bodywork they were supposed to fix and the inside of the car had a lot of dust. Also one of the techs takes no pride in what he does and just slapped the inspection sticker on at a 45degree angle and not straight and proper. But the Sales team is top notch. More
