Regular Maintenance I brought my X3 in for service last week. The receptionist was friendly and professional. Service department going downhill I had to wait almost hour just to check in my car. I have a warning light going off stating I have an airbag issue. They had to keep my car for two days and I still have the problem! The people that work there are terrific but the service department operation seems disorganized and confusing at times. My sales representative, Antonella Martinis, was very helpful when I selected the car and Helga Carroll, business manager, clearly explained all my options. The "genius", Joe SaintVal, was very patient explaining and demonstrating all the features of the car when I picked it up. Everyone at Competiton was pleasant and helpful. I never felt that I was being "pushed" into a purchase. I am looking forward to a long time relationship with this dealer. More
