Recently very disappointed. We have purchased 5 BMWs from this dealership and have always have our vehicles serviced there. Typically the service is fabulous. Jackie is one of our favorite service consultants and is always extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and this review is in no way a reflection on her. It is directed at the service department management. Apparently, there is a new policy in place where the management has decided to no longer top off the motor oil for a customer. Seriously? How much money is this saving vs. how many customers you may lose. Not a good way to manage a business. More

Regular Maintenance I brought my X3 in for service last week. The receptionist was friendly and professional. The whole process from check in to getting into my loaner ca I brought my X3 in for service last week. The receptionist was friendly and professional. Work on our car Mitch was good and professional however my husbands cane was not put back in the car and a piece of the frame on driver's side was missing. Service department going downhill I had to wait almost hour just to check in my car. I have a warning light going off stating I have an airbag issue. They had to keep my car for two da I had to wait almost hour just to check in my car. I have a warning light going off stating I have an airbag issue. They had to keep my car for two days and I still have the problem! The people that work there are terrific but the service department operation seems disorganized and confusing at times. It’s been getting worse for at least the past year. More

Excellent service and follow up I was new to BMW and was treated wonderfully from the first time I visited the dealership to the time I picked up my new car. My sales representative I was new to BMW and was treated wonderfully from the first time I visited the dealership to the time I picked up my new car. My sales representative, Antonella Martinis, was very helpful when I selected the car and Helga Carroll, business manager, clearly explained all my options. The "genius", Joe SaintVal, was very patient explaining and demonstrating all the features of the car when I picked it up. Everyone at Competiton was pleasant and helpful. I never felt that I was being "pushed" into a purchase. I am looking forward to a long time relationship with this dealer. More
