New Tires I had scheduled an oil change and I know I needed 4 new tires. When I bought the car in there was a bit of confusion on the price and what was included but Darlene, my service manager went above and beyond to make me happy. I appreciated her having my back and provided great customer service. Unfortunately I do not know the girls and guys at the front desk by name but they are always pleasant to deal with. I also must say the gentleman that help with filling the air in my tires, etc. are also very pleasant. More

Another great transaction at Competition BMW I have either purchased or referred over half a dozen car sales to this dealership. I've dealt with several reps, but they all have a common thread: I have either purchased or referred over half a dozen car sales to this dealership. I've dealt with several reps, but they all have a common thread: Straightforward and honest. It has to come from the top. This time there was a glitch, in that a required service had not been completed. I had come in for pickup and they could not release the car (I'm sure another dealership would have!) You know what they did to make up for it? The salesman drove to my house with the new car and all the paperwork for us to sign! It's this kind of service that keeps me coming back and referring all my friends and family. Thanks, Justin and crew! More
