Brought car in for a recall and came out worse Brought my car in for a recall for my blower motor and pcv valve heater. I was nice enough to drop it off the night before so it could be worked on in Brought my car in for a recall for my blower motor and pcv valve heater. I was nice enough to drop it off the night before so it could be worked on in the morning. Car wasn’t ready until 5:30pm. (This job should’ve taken no longer than 3 hours). When they brought my car out front it was soaking wet, they didn’t even bother drying it before giving it back. Left the parking lot and went to turn on my air and heated seats and nothing worked. Before I dropped it off, everything worked- the air ac and heat, heated seats. Now the air system and seats wouldn’t even turn on. I headed straight back to the dealer. I tell them that nothing is working. Then one of the service reps trys to tell me that it is unrelated to the recall. That is absurd. My air system AND seats were used daily up until I dropped my car off and when I get it back...nothing works. The service rep was trying to put blame elsewhere and say it’s not related to the job they did. Complete bogus. Was NOT happy. Then he tried telling me to come back so they can look at it, and that the supervisor will contact me regarding the issue. I left the dealer very upset with their service and I will not bring my car to that dealer for service again. Big mistake. But I will say the service girls at the desk were very nice. More
