On point Competition BMW of Smithtown service is by far the best service around. 2 car purchases later, I still drive a distance to use them. The service department is beyond excellent. I have been totally happy for the last 10 years of dealing with them. I live in Eastern Suffolk, with another BMW dealership closer to me. Theresa was honest, up front, and great to deal with The ordering process couldn't have gone any smoother. Theresa was a pleasure to work with. Scheduled service I stayed and waited for my car to be serviced. My service rep Ken Dramanin was very helpful and did everything I expected.
