Excellent Service Department Went in for emergency tire service Saturday, Labor Day weekend. I had no appointment and was just taking a shot. My Service Advisor, Jackie Ruggerio was working that morning. I told her my problem (without mentioning my Labor Day Weekend plans) and without hesitation told me that they will get it done. I needed 4 tires and balancing. I told Ms. Ruggerio I would wait, figuring I may be there for 4-5 hours as they were booked and working with a Holiday weekend staff. Much to my amazement my car was ready in less than 2 hours and it was washed as well! I didn't even buy the car from Competition BMW but am treated as if I was a life-long customer. The Service I receive from Ms. Ruggerio and the Service Team is exemplary. If I buy another BMW, it will be from Competition BMW and Ms. Ruggerio and the Service Department are the reason. More
