In my most recent appointment the service needed required that I leave the car and take a loner, which Jackie lined up for me. I picked my car up at the end of the day and just a short distance from the dealership I was rear-ended while waiting for a red light to change. The first person I called was Jackie, and she was close enough to actually walk out to see my car and advise me as to whether it was safe enough to drive. She also came out with the business card for the auto body shop that is nearby and reliable. All that goes above and beyond what is excellent service!
