Best vehicle service experience ever. My Service Rep was Ken Darmanin - this was the smoothest service visit I've ever experienced ANYWHERE! Ken was waiting when I arrived - paperwork was My Service Rep was Ken Darmanin - this was the smoothest service visit I've ever experienced ANYWHERE! Ken was waiting when I arrived - paperwork was all ready - including paperwork for the loaner! Ken started the vehicle inspection as soon as I stopped my car! Ken also made sure I was properly updated on the vehicle status. The Service Manager (Elton) was involved in delivering the loaner car - very hands on Manager. I was in and out in less than 15minutes - and my car was ready well within the time frame I requested. Marty made sure my car was washed - even though I said that was not important - as I needed my car back within a certain time frame. The whole process was just very well coordinated. More
